bill_mccharen_COO-280x300Because of our growth as an MSP, and more specifically in cloud services for small businesses, we have promoted Bill McCharen to Chief Operating Officer.

Bill, formerly our IT Director, was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in a proactive move to ensure our company can maintain its service quality level while growing at 25 percent per year.

Bill oversees our company’s IT service teams and sales. He also serves as a virtual chief technology officer for many of our clients wanting strategic guidance for their IT investments.

As more central Texas companies hire us to manage their computer, network and phone systems I knew we needed to structure the management team to handle the consistent growth.

Promoting Bill not only ensures that our clients will continue to experience quality service, it establishes a foundation for our next stages of growth.

Bill joined us in 2004 as a Systems Engineer and was promoted to IT Director in 2008. He is a graduate of the University of Texas.
