The Knowledge Gap: Fill it with Trust or Suspicion?

Even with strong bonds between staff members, there can arise sticky situations that bring doubt into the mix. What if your manager starts giving your usual assignments to an intern? What if your paycheck is a few days late without explanation? Do you believe your team truly has your back when questions like these are up in the air?
