Iconic IT, an industry-leading managed services provider (MSP) that provides enterprise-level IT support to the SMB market, has announced the acquisition of PCX Technologies. PCX Technologies has offices in Arlington, TX and Bonita Springs, FL. The Arlington office will consolidate into the Iconic IT headquarters office in Bedford, TX and the Bonita Springs, FL office will remain. PCX will operate under the name Networking Results, an Iconic IT company. The Texas and Florida offices will report to David Yandry, General Manager of Dallas market for Iconic IT.
Ken Reichardt, the CEO of PCX Technologies, has agreed to stay on as a consultant through the remainder of 2019. He stated, “After 33 years of independent operation at PCX Technologies, we’re thrilled to have joined forces with an elite group of individuals and companies in Iconic IT. I have absolutely no doubt that together, we will continue to provide only the highest level of support to our customers as well as our team of dedicated employees.”
Including the acquisition of Pixius Communications in Wichita, Kansas on May 1, 2019, and the merger of Capstone IT (Rochester, NY), Choose Networks, (Wichita, KS), Live Consulting (Denver, CO), and Networking Results (Dallas, TX) on July 1, 2019; Iconic IT has brought 6 companies together. This growth by acquisition will strengthen Iconic IT’s position as a leader in the industry and expand their geographical reach.
