Integris® furthers focus on customer service with new training initiative.

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB)- Integris, a provider of IT support, strategy and services for small and medium-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations, has furthered its focus on customer service by enlisting Sandler Training to conduct training for its engineers. Sandler Training offers a series of proven customer service and sales training programs for small- and mid-sized companies and Fortune 500 corporations.

Integris’s engineering team will participate in training at HANSEN NEUMANN GROUP’s training center in Atlanta. The training is based on the combination of Sandler Training’s innovative, non-traditional system, plus incremental reinforcement training, to create lasting performance improvement rather than the motivational “quick fix” typical of many seminar-based training efforts. The training will help Integris engineers cultivate, maintain and build strong client relationships and more effectively service the company’s existing client base.
