The annual list recognizes companies that reflect the program’s mission and guiding principles: “Better Businesses. Richer Lives. Stronger Communities.” Though many businesses compete for this honor, only companies that separate themselves as having the most thoughtful and innovative human resources approach are awarded the privilege.

Some of the categories evaluated include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Communication and Shared Vision and Diversity and Inclusion.
