(TYLER, Tex., June 30, 2021) – The Tyler Chamber of Commerce celebrated its newest member, Integris, with a ribbon cutting event on June 17, 2021. The merged company officially joined the local Chamber under its new name to mark its official corporate name change to Integris—a move it made when Tyler, Texas-based IT Security provider Wood Networks was acquired by Integris.

The Wood offices at 921 Shiloh Road, Suite B100 rebranded to Integris at the Chamber event. The company was acquired by Integris on June 15, 2020 and has spent the last year completing its rebranding process.

“We’re thrilled to fold Wood Networks into the Iconic family and roll out our new merged presence to the local business community too,” said Mike Fowler, CEO of Integris. “Wood Networks has been a trusted partner to small and medium sized businesses in the Tyler area. And over the years, it’s allowed them to provide customized, strategic cybersecurity strategies—keeping its clients a step ahead of the risks to their networks and facilities. For Wood’s customers, we’ll be continuing with the same team and same great service, and we’re looking forward to introducing ourselves to a whole new generation of customers. There’s so much opportunity that comes from the synergies of our organizations,” Fowler added.

Integris is the result of a merger with Pixius Communications (Wichita, Kansas) on May 1, 2019; Capstone IT (Rochester, NY) Choose Networks, (Wichita KS) Live Consulting (Denver, CO) and Networking Results, (Dallas, TX) on July 1, 2019; and PCX (Bonita Springs, Fla.) in September 2019. Now, Integris has brought these companies together and marked their spot as an industry leader with an extended geographical reach. These mergers and acquisitions allow the new merged company to provide cutting-edge solutions, larger talent pools, and increased buying powers for all their clients as well as having a bigger voice as a thought leader shaping the MSP industry to better service our clients’ future needs.

Mark Blalack will continue in a leadership position as the general manager at the Tyler location, and he is looking forward to the opportunities the merger will bring. “All of us at the new Integris Tyler location are very excited with the partnership with Integris. Their commitment to the customer experience and our staff has enhanced our service delivery and morale of our team. We look forward to the continued growth opportunities this partnership adds to our local customers and staff.”

Integris has 170 employees and services 525 businesses from its 6 physical locations in Colorado, Florida, Kansas, New York, and Texas.
