Rashaad is the Founder and former CEO of Integris, and currently serves as Executive Chairman of the Integris Board. Since founding Integris in 2021, he led the company’s rapid growth and strategic acquisitions, building it into a national leader in managed IT services.

Prior to Integris, Rashaad was CEO of Domain Computer Services for over two decades, guiding its evolution until the 2021 merger that formed Integris. As Executive Chairman, he continues to provide strategic guidance and oversight to support Integris’ ongoing innovation.
