Leadership

Meet the leadership team propelling Integris forward.

Founder & CEO

Rashaad is the Founder & CEO of Integris. In 1997, he founded Domain, an organization that merged with partners to become Integris in 2021. In his role, Rashaad has driven the vision and growth of Integris into the national IT provider it is today. He also has a passion for electric vehicles and infrastructure promotion. Rashaad is on the Board of Directors for Keep Middlesex Moving, Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber, and NJBIA.

He lives in Monroe Township, NJ, with his wife and three children.

Chief Operating Officer

Mike oversees daily operations at Integris as Chief Operating Officer. He brings over twenty years of experience in the IT and MSP industry, including the operations of a national brand.

Mike founded Capstone IT with his wife Sitima in 2003, and led its growth for over 15 years. In 2019, he became CEO of Iconic IT. In his current role, Mike uses this experience to ensure the best possible experience for clients and the team.

Mike is on the Board of Directors East House, a Rochester-based nonprofit. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing soccer, basketball, and football.

Chief Strategy Officer

Jason Erickson drives achievement for Integris based on best practices, innovation, and overall business intelligence.

Prior to joining Integris in 2020, he was Director of M&A Integrations for NexusTek, where he led nine successful acquisitions and mergers.

Chief Information Officer

In his role as Chief Information Officer, Tony uses his long-term engineering skillset, planning and strategy abilities, and leadership skills to ensure our internal systems and structures are the best they can be. Tony makes sure our core value of “get it done right” applies internally, to the benefit of the Integris team and, ultimately, clients.

With long-time business partner Nick Nyberg, Tony founded LIVE Consulting in 2003. For over 15 years, they grew LIVE into a major Denver MSP. LIVE formed part of Iconic IT, and as Vice President of Service, Tony worked with various teams to standardize and optimize services for improved client experiences.

Chief Product Officer

Kris is the man behind Integris’ products. He drives product vision, innovation, and design with the ultimate goal to build and deliver the best possible value and experience for our customers. Put simply, he makes sure we have premium, best-in-class products that work for our clients, now, and as their technology needs grow.

Just as important, he’s creating cross-department collaboration around our products, from engineering and cybersecurity, to customer service, to marketing. Our strategic operations team, vCISOs and vCIOs, look to him for guidance, coaching, accountability, and process.

Chief People Officer
Debbie Lawrence is a forward-thinking HR executive with an extensive track record spanning over 22 years, exemplifying leadership within the startup and small-to-midsize business domains.

Debbie’s foundational experience is deeply rooted in the technology industry. As the inaugural HR appointment for one of Charlotte’s preeminent startups, Peak 10, she orchestrated the establishment of the HR framework, propelling it from its grassroots origin into a well-established and thriving department. Following Peak 10, Debbie founded Talent Forward HR. She served as Chief People Officer at IT MSP Logically, developed the ground-up establishment of the HR infrastructure and team that incorporated several additional companies joining the organization.

In her spare time, Debbie immerses herself in family of the two-legged and four-legged variety. You can find her diving into historical fiction, pinning recipes from Pinterest that she will never make, and watching her beloved NY Yankees with her husband, David and four cherished cocker spaniels – Scooter, Bernie, Ruthie, and Mattie.

Chief Revenue Officer

Anthony serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Integris, responsible for national sales and marketing for the company.

He’s worked with many members of our management team since 2017, when he joined Domain Technology Partners. During that time, he led the company through double-digit revenue growth and numerous acquisitions as it transitioned into Integris, a $100 million + company with sales reps spanning the country.
