Welcome back to our Team Highlight! Today, meet Drew from Integris’ office in the DFW area.

Could you describe your role/what you do in 2-3 sentences?
I co-lead a team of System Administrators providing escalated support. Infrastructure Administrators provide level 2/3 support to our clients.

How did you become interested in your profession as a career?
It all started by tinkering with desktop computers and smart devices. I would always take things apart and manipulate software to my preference. I grew that into a fascination with technology and awaiting the next big thing.

What’s your favorite part of your job?
Helping clients utilize cutting-edge technology and teaching them problem-solving skills.

Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing? What are some of your hobbies?
I love baseball and being active. Photography is one of my passions, but I do not get to do it enough with my work schedule.

Your favorite… album, book, movie, or game? (You can just pick one category!)
Favorite movie is “Sandlot” by far. I love all classic rock and enjoy playing Call of Duty.

What are some things you love about the place you currently live?
Moving from NY, Texas is such a nice steady pace and the people are so welcoming. Southern hospitality is something else!

Are you an early bird or a night owl?
    Night owl.

Where do you see yourself 10 years from now? (Doesn’t have to be work-related!)
Enjoying raising kids and living my new life!

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Be the hardest working man in the room ~ Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson

The minute you become comfortable, you die. Always progress forward. Welcome in-comfortability . ~ Loosely translated from Casey Neistat

If you could have a superpower, what would you want and why?
Time Travel. To go back and witness greatness, world destruction, and to reflect on my past. Not necessarily to change anything, but to learn.
