Welcome back to our Team Highlight! Meet Nick out of Integris’ Marquette office.
Could you describe your role/what you do?
As a managed services technician, we are the front line to interacting with clients. We take in the initial request, source a resolution and apply said resolution. We also work as the “middleman” to help the client get resolution of an issue if is a service managed by another department or company.
What is the one thing that you wish other people knew about the work you do?
Our work can be long and tedious some days and short and sweet others. It all varies on the difficulty of the ticket.
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing? What are some of your hobbies?
I love to mountain bike, ski, and frequent the local breweries. I love spending time with my little family that comprises of my girlfriend, Josie, & our miniature doxin, Norris.
If you could have dinner with any famous person, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
If I could have dinner with any famous person it would have to be Dr Lupo, he is a Youtube, multi-content streamer who is known for his huge donations to St. Jude that he makes yearly. He is a genuine person and seems like he would be an awesome person to spend a night with for dinner.
If you could have a superpower, what would you want and why?
I would want to be able to teleport, I can’t stand traveling but I love going places.
