Chief People Officer
Bill heads up our Human Resources at Integris—an operation that includes all our employee benefits, recruitment and apprenticeship/internship programs. With the current state of the company’s growth, it’s a big job. First and foremost, he’s working hard to ensure the best compensation, benefits, training, and working conditions for our employees. Meanwhile, his team is onboarding the team members we’re gaining through acquisition, and filling dozens of open job positions due to our organic growth.
He’s uniquely qualified for the task. He worked his way up in the IT industry, starting as a system engineer and becoming the CEO for MyITPros, one of the legacy companies acquired by Integris. At Integris, he served as Managing Director of our Texas locations before he made the jump to CPO. With that “in the trenches” experience, he’s committed to finding the right people to help Integris grow. As you might imagine, he takes our core value, “people first,” very seriously.
“When you hire the right people, keep them happy, and give them room to grow, everything good flows from that,” Bill said. “Happy employees make for happy customers. When you fully tap the potential of your people, they constantly work to make the company better. It’s my job to empower our people to do that.”
Outside of work, Bill is an avid singer/songwriter, formerly touring nationwide with his band, Hundred Year Storm. He still keeps a guitar in his office, in case the muse strikes him. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and children.
