Integris, a national leader in future-ready managed services, announces the appointment of new chief executive officer, Glenn Mathis, formerly president and COO, as the company ushers in a new chapter of growth and innovation.
Integris was founded in 1997 as Domain Computer Services by Rashaad and Michelle Bajwa. The company quickly grew into a nationally recognized IT partner, experiencing steady growth for more than two decades. In October 2021, Domain joined forces with Compudyne, ProviDyn and MyITpros to create Integris—a unified powerhouse determined to transform the future of managed services.
“The trajectory of Integris has been nothing short of extraordinary. What started as a shared vision has grown into a national force with a business model that sets the standard for the future of the industry,” said Rashaad Bajwa, former CEO of Integris and newly appointed executive chairman of Integris Board of Directors. “As I transition into this new role, I will remain deeply committed to Integris’ continued advancement. I have full confidence in our leadership team, and I look forward to witnessing and supporting the company’s next phase of growth and innovation.”
Mathis’ tenured leadership, including his previous role at All Covered, now a part of Konica Minolta, where he led the organization for over 20 years, will amplify Integris’ growth trajectory. As Mathis assumes the role of CEO, he remains committed to Integris’ people-first philosophy—to ensure that growth is not only strategic but also grounding in the empowerment of our people, the success of our clients and the strength of the communities we serve.
“Stepping into the role of CEO at such a pivotal moment in Integris’ journey presents an incredible opportunity to set a bold new course for the future of managed IT services,” said Glenn Mathis, CEO of Integris. “With our exceptional talent, expanded national footprint, and unwavering commitment to innovation, Integris is uniquely positioned to lead the industry into a new era and deliver greater value and a deeper impact to our customers and the industries they serve.”
As Integris evolves, it will enable its customers to evolve as well, managing not only their IT infrastructure but also their valuable business information to gain actionable data insights from their digital estates.
