Survey Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: The survey sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Integris, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Integris, located at 1 Corporate Drive, Unit G, Cranbury, NJ, 08512.
3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
4. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on May 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM EDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
5. How to Enter: Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the survey provided by the Sponsor and submitting their contact information at the end of the survey. Limit one entry per person. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified.
6. Prize: The prize(s) and their approximate retail value(s) are as described in the survey invitation or accompanying promotional materials. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within 30 days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via email within 7 days following the random drawing. The potential winner must respond within 7 days of notification or the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. General Conditions: If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees.
