Welcome back to our Team Highlights! Today, meet Alyssa from Integris’ Duluth office.
Could you describe your role/what you do?
I’m a Managed Services technician on Team Griffin. We support clients here in Northern Minnesota within the Midwest. I’ve worked with everything from printers to hypervisors/server hosts, and I’m always working to further my knowledge. If our clients need IT support, we’re their first line to resolve the issue.
What is the one thing that you wish other people knew about the work you do?
I’m always giving my best for our clients. Even though I’m only 19, I’m constantly working to further my knowledge and provide the premium service our clients expect and deserve. At the end of the day, our clients are my priority.
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing? What are some of your hobbies?
Quite frankly, I have a fair amount of hobbies. I enjoy reading, writing, playing piano and guitar, playing video games with friends, spending time with my pets, my family, my friends, baking, fishing, riding ATVs, and a lot more! There’s lots of amazing things you can do up here in the Twin Ports, and I could talk for hours about the other things I enjoy doing.
If you could have dinner with any famous person, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
I’d like to have dinner with Bill Gates. For someone who has revolutionized the industry, I’d be interested to learn any tips or tricks he has and better understand his logic. And maybe ask why Windows updates take so long. 😉
If you could have a superpower, what would you want and why?
I’d like to have telekinesis. I’d be able to save myself a lot of time, accomplishing multiple tasks at once. I could be working on a ticket for a printer issue and grab myself a snack at the same time. 😊
