Welcome back to our team highlight! Meet Anthony from our Tyler, TX office.

Could you describe your role/what you do in 2-3 sentences?
I’m a Support Desk Technician for the Tyler Branch. I would say problem-solving and customer service is a huge part of my job.

How did you become interested in your profession as a career?
I’ve always been into tinkering and am very accident-prone so having to fix the things that I broke came somewhat natural. My background wasn’t in the technology field originally, but I figured I should pursue it since I didn’t think technology would be going away anytime soon.

What’s your favorite part of your job?
Getting to work with my team. I have an awesome team that I wouldn’t trade for anything.

Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing? What are some of your hobbies?
I enjoy working on my car and playing video games.

I’m very close to a lot of things.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Don’t worry about the things you can’t control.

If you could have a superpower, what would you want and why?
I want to be really fast. That way I wouldn’t have to buy a car or pay for gas.
