Welcome back to our Team Highlight! Meet Deborah Norman Smith, aka Deb, an Account Executive out of Integris’ Tyler, TX office.
Could you describe your role/what you do?
I am an outside sales rep for the East Texas market… My target companies are to small-to-medium sized businesses—helping “beef up” their security on the computer infrastructure located within the businesses. We offer managed or co-managed services and strive to become true strategic partners with our clients. We can advise on IT strategy, implement solutions tailored to their industries, and promise to deliver the absolute best IT support, follow up, reliability, trustworthiness to be found anywhere!
What is the one thing that you wish other people knew about the work you do?
If you have a business and you worked hard to create it or work at it—it deserves to be protected. If it is not, the business will be taken away and probably in the middle of the night. No one deserves that! And it is so easy to protect it… Call me!
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing? What are some of your hobbies?
We like to camp! We have some property in Mena, AR at the base of the Ouchita Mountains. We camp at our property and ride the mountain trails and could all the way to Missouri. We load up our Two Red Golden Retrievers (aka the Redheads) and they camp and ride the trails with us! Arkansas is a beautiful state with lots of flowing water with crystal clear creeks—always moving! But be careful… when it is clear, it can be misleading on the just how deep it really is! If we are not in Mena, we are cruising on our Honda Goldwing trike! Always rolling somewhere!!
If you could have dinner with any famous person, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
My Dad because we lost him too soon… and Elvis Presley… what a diner that would be!
If you could have a superpower, what would you want and why?
Mind control… I promise I would use it for good.. but I sure would have these clients sign their agreements so much sooner! Hahaha
