Welcome back to our Team Highlight! Today, meet Kaitlyn from Integris’ St. Paul office.
Could you describe your role/what you do?
I work to manage and grow our vendor partnerships across the organization by designing and developing our strategic vendor management program. Working closely with operations, product, and executive teams to determine areas of growth and Improvement. As part of my role I am responsible for maximizing vendor partnerships through generating leads, rebate programs and marketing development funds, as well as driving new business through event marketing. My favorite part is developing relationships with our vendors and collaborating with them to put on fun events for our customers and prospects.
What is the one thing that you wish other people knew about the work you do?
Part of my job is ensuring that we are maximizing our vendor relationships from all angles – technical, sales and marketing. A lot of goes in to each little piece of that puzzle but it’s so fun to see all pieces work in unison to do something great with the resources provided by partners.
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing? What are some of your hobbies?
I have a one year old daughter that takes up most of my “free time” – my favorite thing in the world is becoming a mom and seeing her grow. She’s so fun! As a family we love to go to our family cabin in Wisconsin to fish or just go for a sunset cruise on the lake.
If you could have dinner with any famous person, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
Betty White – I love Golden Girls so it’s a no brainer but I just adore her kindness and comedic personality. And that she was such a dog lover!
If you could have a superpower, what would you want and why?
To be able to teleport – Being able to travel and go places without the hassle of driving or flying sounds like heaven.
