Chief Operating Officer
Mike Fowler serves as Chief Operating Officer at Integris, overseeing the day-to-day operations of this national, premium managed IT services company. With operations in 11 states and the District of Columbia, Fowler handles organizational planning and execution for a company with more than 440 employees and thousands of clients nationwide.
Fowler joined Integris in 2021, after the company acquired Iconic IT, a national MSP founded by Mike and his wife, Sitima Fowler. The couple built Iconic rapidly between its founding in 2019 and 2021, when it was sold to Integris. At the time of the sale, Iconic had operations in five states—Kansas, Texas, Colorado, New York, and Florida. As a condition of the sale all 170 Iconic IT employees, its client base, and its offices transferred into the Integris system, nearly doubling the size of the Integris network.
Collaboration is a concept Fowler is deeply committed to, as Iconic was itself formed from the merger of several successful local MSPs. Working together to create one system, platform and network of experts, Iconic IT was able to achieve the economies of scale and depth of service offerings to make it an attractive buy for Integris.
“Integris and Iconic were a perfect fit for each other, because we share the same values,” Fowler said. “People first. I believe in training our people well, paying them well, and treating them well. Our merger with Integris has only helped in that regard. Now, our people have more paths to move up in the company, and for us to be a true partner in their careers. It’s an exciting time.”
Fowler is a long-time entrepreneur and leader in the MSP space. Before he and his wife executed the merger that created Iconic IT, they built their own MSP, Capstone IT up from scratch in Rochester, NY., and ran it successfully for sixteen years. He’s frequently asked to speak at MSP industry events, and be interviewed for articles regarding the future of technology for small and medium-sized businesses.
Mike and Sitima have two grown children and alternate their time between Rochester, NY and their home in Florida. He has a bachelor’s degree in Management Science from the University of Maryland.
