By Mike Fowler, COO of Integris

As you may have heard, we recently merged with Integris IT.  Here’s the background and what it means moving forward.

Integris is a roll-up of several industry-leading managed service providers across the country who have worked together in the same MSP peer group since 2012. This dynamic relationship led the owners to realize we were closely aligned in five significant areas: client focus, values, systems, processes, and best practices.

While we have a new name (derived from the most essential core value we all share: “integrity”), we are keeping everything and everyone you like as is.

We are also strengthening our financial position, expanding insurance coverage, and adding SOC 2 Type II Compliance. Fewer than 1% of MSPs have this certification, and its security controls will further enhance the protection of your data in the cloud.

You’ll work with the same local people, operating out of the same local offices that you’ve worked with before. There is a home for every single Integris employee in the Integris system. We made sure of that before we signed on the bottom line. Most of our employees are staying on in the same or similar roles. The same local office spirit and service you’ve come to expect will remain. That goes double for Iconic’s leadership staff, all of whom will be taking on leadership roles on the Integris board. The full lineup includes Rashaad Bajwa as CEO, Mike Fowler as COO, John Marinac as CTO, Bill McCharen as CPO, Joseph O’Hara as CFO, and Jason Erickson as CSO. Tony Miller will continue as VP of Service, Nick Nyberg as VP of Middle-Market Sales, Chris Hoose as VP of Growth, and Sitima Fowler as VP of Branding.

The merger with Integris has another significant employee benefit: upward mobility within the company, so we attract, grow, and retain the best team to serve your needs. Since we’re now 400 people strong with 20 offices across the United States, there are multiple career paths and opportunities for longevity.

You’ll have new options to choose from and more robust cybersecurity offerings. With the great lineup of products Integris has, it’s a great time to upgrade and add new capabilities to your cybersecurity lineup.

You’ll have a deeper bench of expertise to draw upon at Integris. More subject matter experts. More service techs are available around the clock. More client education and tutorials. More of everything. And that’s a good thing.

To put it plainly, we’re in a better position now, in every way. We’re poised to grow and assume more influence in the MSP industry. This direction puts us in a great place to have deeper relationships with customers and vendors, including enhanced wholesale buying power.

The whole company is looking forward to making this transition as a team. Stay tuned. There’s so much more to come!

Our partnership with you is all about new possibilities.  We look forward to embarking on the journey—together!

We are grateful for our relationship with you and welcome any questions you may have.
