Integris Inspire 2024: New Ideas, Coming to a City Near You

Integris InspireLast year, we assembled a client advisory council to learn more about the challenges you face and what you need from a managed IT service provider. We heard a lot about your practical needs—needs for tools, service coverage, or productivity hacks for your platforms, of course. But the directive we heard most often was this:

Our clients want more education from us.

“We want you to push us,” one client said. “And for us to push you. We want to work on getting better together and for you always to tell us what’s coming next.”

We heard you loud and clear. That’s why we’ve created Integris Inspire, a national client education roadshow that will travel across the US over the course of the year. As the cities and dates are announced, you’ll hear much more about it from our local service and sales teams. We’re working with our vendors and booking venues now. But this is such an exciting development I can’t resist previewing it here. I believe it will be an extraordinary opportunity for all of us.

 

Having conversations about what counts

We designed Integris Inspire to be a comprehensive client education program that brings the best tech experts from our vendors together with Integris senior leadership, your local Integris service team, and our national cybersecurity vCISO team. Think of it as us assembling our dream team in one room just for your benefit.

In one intensive day, you’ll hear about all the essential initiatives coming down the pipeline, new products on the horizon, and best practices that will prepare you for the future. Don’t expect your eyes to glaze over. This will be a fast-paced discussion with leadership issues in mind.

 

Is there an “Easy Button” when it comes to cybersecurity?

Not exactly. But—there are easy decisions you can make about your tool stack that can help you automate best practices in your organization. Some partners can help do your heavy lifting and find ways to make cybersecurity best practices part of your organization’s culture.

We’ll help you understand the ins and outs of those IT investments and the business outcomes of your strategic infrastructure decisions. Specifically, we’ll be addressing:

Forging connections

It’s easy to get so busy in our day-to-day work that we don’t have a chance to step back and take that high-level strategic view. It’s even harder to find time to connect with others facing many of the same decisions and challenges. At Integris, we genuinely want to be your connector, introducing our clients to each other while we’re introducing you to our speakers—some of the best technology and business influencers from our vendor partners.

When you leave Integris Inspire, we want your head to be full of actionable insights and your phone full of new contacts you can call whenever you need perspective. There will be roundtables, Q & A sessions, and plenty of opportunities to talk shop in formal and fun settings. I can’t wait!

 

Taking our partnerships to the next level

As you can see, I’m pretty excited about Integris Inspire. Undoubtedly, it will be one of our top priorities this year. But it’s part of a much bigger client relations picture for us.

We’ve been working hard to assemble the best staff and tools to deliver that “premium MSP experience truly.” Now, it’s time to back that up with the best educational resources for our clients. We’re working hard to make that happen, and I expect to start rolling out more of those resources in the latter part of 2024.

Meanwhile, we’ll continue to pump out great insights through our blogs, YouTube channel, and feeds on Facebook and LinkedIn. Don’t forget to open your emails, too, which will contain the latest insights from our team and invitations to our webinars and events.
