Next month, Integris will be making some adjustments in the way your Office 365 invoices are calculated. We are making these modifications to ensure that you are getting the most accurate billing information regarding your Office 365 licenses and accounts. Beginning in July, you will see a few changes to your Office 365 invoice:
- Your invoice will cover all services received during the month of the invoice date. Your invoice will be generated on the 30th day of every month and will cover services received during the month of the invoice date. On July 31st, for instance, you will receive an invoice for all licenses used throughout July.
- Because your services were already provided, your new invoices will have Net 7 terms. If you use our automatic payment agreement, your new Office 365 invoice will be set up to be paid the same way.
- Office 365 invoices will not cover partial months. The last billable date for each month is the 25th, so if you use services on any date following, you will not see the charges on that month’s invoice. This rule will not be applied for the first month’s services, which will be billed on a pro-rated basis.
We are creating new agreements to align with the new invoice structure, but these billing changes will not affect your Office 365 services in any way. You can continue to access your accounts and use them as you are currently doing. If you have any questions about your new Office 365 invoice, don’t hesitate to reach out to us and we will be happy to walk you through your bill.
