Welcome back to another Team Highlight! Today, meet Kenneth from Integris’ New Jersey office.

Could you describe your role/what you do in 2-3 sentences?
I am in the Projects Department where we plan and implement a wide array of services. We cover everything with physical and virtual infrastructure as well as security.

How did you become interested in your profession as a career?
Information Technology was always a hobby of mine since childhood. I turned it into my profession after being injured in the police academy. Thankfully, I already had my degree in computer systems by that point.

What’s your favorite part of your job?
My work changes from project to project so it never gets old.

Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing? What are some of your hobbies?
I’m a volunteer fireman, play guitar, and am a bit of a gym rat.

Your favorite movie?
Favorite Movie: Edward Scissorhands

What are some things you love about the place you currently live?
It’s a nice plot of land, and quiet.

Are you an early bird or a night owl?
Early bird.

Where do you see yourself 10 years from now?
Moving to the south and no longer needing a snowblower.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Only move forward, never back.

If you could have a superpower, what would you want and why?
Flight, I mean no more checked baggage or getting stuck in traffic.
