Welcome back to our Team Highlight! Today, meet Ryan from Integris’ office in Denver, Colorado.
Could you describe your role/what you do in 2-3 sentences?
My responsibility is to find eligible companies for us to partner with, ensuring the business is profitable and, most importantly, there will be a strong relationship between the client and our service team.
How did you become interested in your profession as a career?
I simply love people. My goal is to provide help for everyone I meet, and if that’s not possible, point them in the right direction to someone who can. If I don’t get along with them, I always try to learn something from them.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
Building strong, genuine relationships.
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing? What are some of your hobbies?
My friends are like family, I love playing music, and motorcycles are my meditation.
Your favorite book?
Ender’s Game.
What are some things you love about the place you currently live?
Beautiful mountain views and endless canyon rides.
Are you an early bird or a night owl?
Early bird.
Where do you see yourself 10 years from now? (Doesn’t have to be work related!)
With my soon to be wife, loving every day wherever we are.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Once you’ve learned to truly love yourself, you will learn what it means to truly love someone else.
If you could have a superpower, what would you want and why?
Unlimited re-gen (similar to wolverine), so I can live extremely, still feel pain, but have the ability to get up and do it again.
