Apart from monthly reporting, we’ll give you a Server-Error Analysis Report noting when errors were encountered. This along with trouble-ticket and escalation information will give you a comprehensive profile of the performance of your IT system. Data is graphed in Line, Bar, Pie and distribution formats with hourly, daily, weekly and monthly figures. We can also export this data to a data-mining tool and provide comprehensive reports for capacity planning and analysis.
