Are you using CardMunch?

CardMunch is a handy iPhone app that will enable you to take a picture of a business card and then all the info is inputted into your phone.

You may have tried some of the dozens of business card OCR (Optical Character Recognition) utilities over the years and be skeptical about this one. CardMunch does not use OCR, rather it transmits the card image to REAL people! A team at LinkedIn handle the transcription so your results can be within minutes or a few hours.

You do need a LinkedIn account in order to use CardMunch. After you have installed the app just point it at a business card and snap a photo and upload. LinkedIn does the rest.

Another cool feature is that at times you may get a business card from someone and they will write on it additional contact information. CardMunch will ensure that this info is also included with your contact information.
